Privacy

RunPlan is a personal running-journal app used by a handful of invited friends and family. Your data stays yours.

What we collect

From your Strava account (with your permission when you sign in):

  • Your profile (name, Strava athlete ID)
  • Your activities: dates, distances, times, paces, heart rate, GPS traces where your Strava privacy settings allow it
  • Access tokens so we can sync new activities from Strava

From you directly: nothing. The app doesn’t ask for your email, phone, or anything else.

Where it's stored

  • Supabase (Postgres, EU region)
  • Vercel (no persistent storage — Vercel just runs the app)

Who can see it

Only you. Not the owner, not other friends of the owner. Data isolation is enforced by Postgres row-level security.

Retention

As long as your account exists. Nothing is retained after deletion.

How to delete

Settings → “Delete my account”. This:

  • Deauthorizes this app from your Strava
  • Deletes your profile, activities, plans, and all related data
  • Deletes your Supabase Auth user

You can also email moorcroft.nicholas@gmail.com to request deletion.
